Learning Shaper collects information necessary to operate your school: student records, staff information, attendance, grades, fees, and communications. We collect only what each module requires to function.
Your school's data is used solely to provide the Learning Shaper service to you, your staff, students, and parents. We never sell, rent, or share data with advertisers or third parties for marketing.
All data is stored on encrypted servers within Bangladesh. Backups are taken daily and retained for 90 days. Access is restricted to authorized engineers under strict audit controls.
When AI features are enabled, anonymized data is processed by our AI systems to generate insights, predictions, and reports. No identifiable information leaves our infrastructure.
Schools, parents, and students have the right to access, correct, or delete their data. School administrators control parent and student access. Contact [email protected] for any data request.
