By using Learning Shaper, your school agrees to these terms. The signing administrator represents that they have authority to bind the institution.
We target 99.9% uptime, measured monthly. Planned maintenance windows are announced 7 days in advance and scheduled outside school hours where possible.
Plans are billed monthly per active student. Payments are due within 7 days of invoice. Suspension may follow continued non-payment after 30 days.
Your school owns all data uploaded to Learning Shaper. On account closure, we provide a full export within 14 days and delete all records within 60 days.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other schools' data, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Learning Shaper's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
